We engineer the development system.
Agents produce code quickly. Our development system turns that speed into reliable, robust and scalable software. It builds explicit requirements, deliberate architecture, adversarial review and automated controls into every change.

The development loop
Stage01/ 05
Domain knowledge
Capture the domain, constraints and workflows the software must support.
Stage0105
Domain knowledge
Capture the domain, constraints and workflows the software must support.
A failure becomes a new safeguard, then returns to the loop.
01
Requirements come from knowledge
Before implementation, the required behaviour must be understood. When that behaviour depends on specialist knowledge, it comes from domain experts, ideally as a written software requirement. This gives everyone, including the agents, a common source to work from.
02
The repository does the steering
Once the intended outcome and success criteria are clear, agents carry out the implementation without continual human steering. The repository carries the architecture, conventions, hazards and project rules, so those constraints do not need to be repeatedly explained. An agent should be able to discover the correct path from the structure of the project itself.
03
Review is adversarial and agent-led
Every change is subjected to adversarial agent review. Independent agents are asked to find failure modes and disprove assumptions, rather than confirm that the implementation looks reasonable. Their findings are remediated by agents and sent back through the project's gates. Humans do not review generated code line by line.
04
Quality is encoded
Tests are only one part of verification. Conventions, architectural boundaries, known hazards, requirement traceability, security and operational rules are turned into automated gates. Each rule states where it applies and how it is enforced. If a change violates an enforced rule, the build fails.
05
Every failure reinforces the system
Fixing an individual defect is not enough. A new failure means the repository's safeguards were incomplete. Remediation therefore includes a test, gate, convention or structural change that prevents the same class of failure from recurring. Over time, the project becomes easier for agents to work in and harder to damage.
