From possibility to production
Early work across embedded electronics, real-time operating systems and graphical interfaces showed us that modern tools could enable a small team to work effectively across disciplines that are usually separated. It changed our expectations of how much technical ground one team could cover.
Mayfly brings that ambition to complex modernisation projects, particularly where replacing established technology is considered impractical. Our experience includes designing and building advanced clinical applications at Cambio, where new software must meet the demands of an established production environment.
